Do you guys have any tricks for keeping on track during downswings? Over the past few days, I'm down over 100 BB. It's basically been a suck-out fest, with the majority of my premium hands losing to crap. Anyway, I know this isn't uncommon, but it can be frustrating.

I'd go on a 500BB downswing with that much beer.

You wanna hear about my last 3 days? What... No? Okay... Don't worry I think WRTO still has me beat... but we've gone on some bad downswings. 6-Max and Propping will bring you for a wild ride :DRe-read stuff, get re-focused, make sure you aren't tilting and it's just Variance, then you offer a Sacrafice to the poker gods.

I went through a 100BB swing today!Won $300, lost $1,300, won $1,030. +3BB for the day sucks, but it obviously could have been worse.

Why would that cheer me, or anyone, up? Do you think I'm the kind of person who finds hapiness in the accomplishments of others? I'd rather you were failing miserably!Ice

I kinda want to spend some of it on a heads up match with Wrto, but I don't know if I want to play him at 5/10. I'd like to get in a .50/.1 $100 freezeout but who knows if he will slum it....
