Very loose preflop call. The minraise on the flop makes no sense, as it definitely wouldn't get him to fold. The rest of the hand plays itself.

I hate when i see people explain something by just saying "Fold Preflop" but Fold Preflop. Suited connectors are nice, but you want to be playing 56 not 58.Flop: Don't min raise. It's a pointless play. If you wanted to take the pot down, it's not going to get the SB to fold. and, you might be cutting UTG when you really want this pot to be played mutiway if you're looking for callers.turn: if You're trying to take it down, raise more. $25 call into a $90 pot. I could only believe you're trying to take it down by raising the flop and then check raising the turn because you're obviously not ahead at the turn.River: nice catch.

The nuts w/a flush redraw is definitely ahead on the turn. Last I saw, a straight (45678) is better than- oh, I dunno- a set or twopair or whatever the UTG player has.Ice

On the turn, he has the nut straight. That's a fine bet for extracting more value. The river actually is not a card he wants to see as someone could have the higher flush.I don't like the flop min-raise though, either call or raise it up.

ha. my apologies for completely reading this post wrong. I thought the turn just gave you the flush draw. I didn't read it to give you the str8.Still stand by not min raising though

Yea the only reason I did that was because they were betting at every pot so I figured if I reraised I could get a free card because they were playing wildly.
