He's on the list of those approved to open a medicinal marijuana shop.

When I lived in Nevada, possession of marijuana was a felony, but prostitution was legal in certain counties.

Next week Oregon votes to legalize pot like Washington and Colorado has already done.

I don't smoke pot but for the record Oregon legalized pot last year and the state gov't is making huge money. A TV station reported yesterday that the state gov't made 7 million in taxes from pot sales in just the last 2 months. 40% of that goes to schools. I wonder how much legalized online poker could make the state (and schools) in taxes.
