First one is I have been playing poker for about 6 months. No limit cash games is by far my best game and thats what i am going to solely focuse on was wanting to know books i could read on the subject i have read the no limit section in super systems any others out there. Second one is there a reason in a casino guys will sit down and move to different seats every chance they get is there any advatage to it or is it just superstition.

To answer your first question: There isn't a lot of really good literature out there for no limit hold'em. TJ Cloutier has a book, but most don't give it stellar reviews. I know that 2+2 is working on a NL book, but that will be a while. Your best bet would be Harrington on Hold'em, but that's a NL tournament book (I don't know how many of those you play). To answer your second question: It's likely because they only have one style of play so if they sit for any longer, it will be apparent to everyone how to take their money. Though, everyone has their reasons.

Mostly its just superstition if someone is getting poor cards in a certain seat they may wish to move to a 'hot' seat. Of course the cards have no memory and your seat really doesn't matter. However there are times when seat changes are purposeful. This would be a change to get position on a certain player. Ideally you want a maniac on your right and a passive player on your left.

Harrington on Holdem is a popular suggestion. It's a NL tournament book. I haven't actually read any specifically NL cash oriented books.People move seats in casinos mostly for comfort. There's less elbow room on the side seats, and sometime the seats immediately to the left and right of the dealer can't be easily seen by the dealer. I prefer front and center because it's close to the cards. You'd be surprised how often people have to stand up and lean in because they can't see the board.
