I am biased as we know...However taking that sign away would be VERY wrong...

Its a sign in VERY poor taste..But its not illegal, racist, sexist , homophobic..

Freedom of speech would protect him outside the ACC but the Leafs would be well within their right to take away the sign for him to pick up on the way out.

Anyone ever read the fine print of the contract you enter into when you go to an NHL arena?

It's on the back of your ticket.

You would hope that he isn't so brain dead that some other fan wearing a Leaf Jersey with their face painted Blue who told him that the sign isn't cool and that he might want to put it away would get through to him.

Yah, who am I kidding.

Yes, I read everything. It's a sickness.

I honestly think there are a lot of people out there who do things not knowing they probably shouldn't be doing them. Maybe I'm naive, but I think there's a strong possibility that this guy didn't take the time to consider the human correctness of his sign. Does his ignorance make him less of an *******? There's rarely any one definitive answer.

I am going to go with Dale's side of thinking this guy just didnt think..

Its a very cool play on the Boston Strong slogan..In any other circumstance its really original and positive way to one up Boston..

HOWEVER , in the context that Boston Strong came about, its extremely stupid and insensitive. Maybe he didnt realize that ..

Like for example if we were playing the Rangers and there was a sign that said, "the bigger Apple" that would be kind of cool and funny.

The Cleveland Indians attendance is abysmal.

How would you feel if someone tweeted this?

They should check a few more houses in Cleveland; there's a lot of missing Indians fans.

I'm just curious.

I'm not offended. Its not smart/funny, and kind of tasteless. (prob just too soon)

I dont feel like its degrading anyone, other then maybe Cleveland as a city, so it kind of passes my test for offense.

It's far enough away from referencing the actual event that I'm not really offended. It's also far enough away that there really is no humour to it. My judgment is that it is only offensive insofar as any reference to a painful event that isn't funny is at least some parts offensive.
Long signatures are really annoying.

Here's What You Need to Know about the Clashes in Turkey

Has the government of Prime Minister Erdogan finally succumbed to the authoritarian impulses that doomed so many other Turkish leaders before him?

We have a lot of friends. Not much family. It's crazy stuff going on.

Turkey is such a beautiful country and had the potential to be a world superpower. But they are messed up.
