pezeveng 207
Was wondering if you guys still play online or live. Not sure why but I kind of stopped playing for the last 2 years or so even before the whole DOJ thing. I might get the itch sooner or later but not sure when. How about y'all? FCP Bob 1,323
I play a bit online at Stars still but not like I used to. I'm going to play the $7 Million Sunday Million tomorrow and hope to luckbox to a lottery score
Zach6668 513
Nope, haven't played a hand online since May, and only an hour or so of post-bar drunken NL when I was home for Christmas. I watched over like 3 hands for DN once in September at the AHL draft, when he went to the bathroom, but folded all 3, so not counting that, haha. I would love to play a home game or something for $20 with friends, but don't have any of that going on around here.
Ottawa_Biatch 288
I play in the $75 NL poker tourney at Casino Du Lac Leamy usually every Thursday. It's capped at 70 people. It's a donk tournament, but it's fun. I just started originally going with a buddy from work, but since then met a lot of cool people since it's mainly the same people. Usually if any of us bust early together, we'll go play craps or war for shits and giggles. Then every other Friday, some friends and I play in a $20 SNG with about 8 of us. pezeveng 207
My last tourney was with a local Poker League where food is included. I made it to the dinner break without busting which was probably my only goal. After dinner I got so restless just wanted to shove any chance I had, 4-5 suited was good enough. After busting out I felt if I am not playing with friends and drinking I really don't enjoy this any more.

Dubey 1,035
Me and my dad go play a $40 donk fest at the local casino a couple times a month, but other than that, I haven't played much in the last year. I've started to get the itch again recently though. I used to run a weekly low limit cash game with friends (.10/.10 with $20 buyins) that I have started to get going again in the last few weeks. We are actually playing today and it will be our third week in a row doing it, but it's not 'officially' back yet. I've started watching poker on TV again, which is probably because I've been getting the itch to play but don't get that many opportunities to do so.
Zach6668 513
I just randomly ended up watching a poker show on TV the other day, which I never ever do, but whatever I was watching on TSN ended and I turned to my computer and wasn't paying attention... I turn around, and it was this kid from this site who I used to be buddies with way back when we both started, trading strategy, etc. And he was winning a friggen WPT High Roller event. I think he won CardPlayer POY the year before or whatever too, so I knew he had made it big... I mean, I knew he'd be big when he was doing what he was doing at 17 or whatever back in the strat forum hey day, but man... cool to see. He was one of my first stakers, probably would have never had a career for 5 years, and also wouldn't have severely ****ed up my life without him.
ajs510 122
I'd make the trek to Toronto once a month for an FCP homegame, if such a thing existed. Been hosting a homegame at my house this year, it's been going okay...just small stakes. Hitting Vegas at the end of this month for my first real serious poker in almost two years, I haven't really played at all for more than $100 stakes since the FCP trip in 2011. Been missing it something fierce lately, so I guess we'll see how this trip goes and take it from there. Hoping that Pokerstars gets going again in the US sometime soon, I'd almost certainly deposit and see if I can actually get a roll going (unlikely...I always sucked at online poker something awful). My trip to Vegas was shortened last year to only 5days. I didnt play poker once. Our home games have dried up, and the 3 different groups of friends I played with all have difficulty getting a game together, little interest in the game, more interest in just hanging out. My online play has shrunk to pretty much never, and I have the funds to play sitting in the account, just no time/desire. However, I do have an itch to play in LV when I go back in June. Missing out last year really has me excited to play this time, hopefully Ill have more time, and the MGM poker room wont be the temporary stink hole it was last year. Also, this trip, I plan on playing in a couple of rooms I have yet to play in, just for the sake of a bucket list. Gonna bump LV thread now cause Im curious about others' fav rooms. Ottawa_Biatch 288
I miss playing limit hold em with Arp and the bastard calling me down with bottom pair on each street being 4 bet.

MapleLeafpoker 1,462
You also forgot the point about the bitch yelling at you guys and then changing tables. lol, I forgot that night. Seems like the downtown night is what I recall most, especially playing BJ, craps. I still cant believe I was there when Ollie was, and never met the guy, one of my regrets from that trip for sure. ajs510 122
Downtown was the funnest night of the trip, I was just watching one of my videos from Fremont Street the other day, cracked me up...it was right after the very large drag queen tried to take Steve home with him, and right before he accidentally bought 5 dances from a Gultch lizard. mrdannyg 274
Since leaving my 'pro' life about 5 years ago, I've probably logged a total of about 10 hours playing penny omaha at Stars after I discovered $6.47 in my account and played a half-dozen times at home games or parties. I think I've played once in the past 2-3 years, and that was when my wife's family asked me to teach them. Funny thing is, there is a casino less than a 10-minute walk from where I work, I just don't really feel the draw anymore. As silly as it sounds, i'd rather spend an evening with my wife or catching up on stuff than spending 6 hours degen'ing it up at a casino. Doesn't help that they only spread NL now...I'd imagine if they still spread a fun 5/10 LHE game, I'd have made at least a couple evenings out of it in the past few years...
