Like the Red Zone channel or instant replay or jumbotrons. That sort of thing. Doesn't have to be TV related, just things that have made watching sports better.

I'm talking about stuff like the yellow line on your TV that shows the first down mark. Sports specific stuff, not just high definition. (I do agree that sports is much, much better in high definition.)

I'd consider the scoreboard box that has all the relevant information on the screen at all times.
Which is better: the first down line or the strike zone box?

K-zone would be awesome if it was on during live play, but I imagine all the baseball traditionalists (and they are many) would call it distracting.
