It getting rediculous now the rulings that courts are coming down with. With 90% accuracy, id bet anyone with any political savvy could predict a ruling baste solely on the courts political slant.I would like to see in the future, all appointments to federal courts, must have no obvious political bias.I would eliminate anyone who is registered to a political party, has a trail of rulings that exceed 75% liberal or conservative, have any kids at berkely, etcIm sure there are plenty, of qualified independents to nominate.

the entire court system needs to revamped, it is joke how they run.
"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America 's debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the US Government cannot pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government's reckless fiscal policies. Increasing America 's debt weakens us domestically and internationally. Leadership means that, "the buck stops here.' Instead, Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the backs of our children and grandchildren. America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better."

Let me guess, is this about the gay marriage thing? If that's what angers you, then why do you hate freedom and love activist lawmakers?

Congrats. You're another step closer to realizing that the world doesn't run on principle.

You seem to make the assumption that having no clear principles is a good thing for a judge. I don't see why that would be true.

Maybe the thread was started to soon, cause I know the supreme court will eventually overrule the gay marriage rulings based on their personal philosophies and not on the constitution. So I started daydreaming about judges being at least somewhat unbiased.
