This really is bad.

Quote

The AGCC said in a statement this morning: “The decision to suspend these licenses follows a special investigation prompted by the indictments unsealed by US Attorney General’s Office in the Southern District of New York on 15th April 2011, during which grounds were found to indicate that these licensees and their business associates were operating contrary to Alderney legislation."
I hope the fact that they were offering games to Americans isn't the part of their operations that was contrary to Alderney legislation but more relates to their financial problems and not having player's funds available to be cashed out.

Going rogue like that is a pretty big step since it'll mean getting kicked out of France and Italy for example.Moneybookers has already dropped them but anything is possible.

Speaking of Ivey. Here is my lame theory. He got a divorce last year. I would venture to guess that he was either hiding funds from her online or he said listen you get all the hard assets and I'll keep all the money that's online. When Black Friday went down he just became uber cash poor. Maybe not but we are speculating about everything else. So why not the real reasons why he field the law suit.

not really, other than the fact you cant play on fulltilt anymore and if you have any money on there right now you can't get it out. But outside of that, no
