Does anyone know Scott Seiver's story before winning the WPT event? It seemed like he showed up out of nowhere playing high roller events.

I'm sure DN trusts all the people in the draft, but isn't it kind of easy to cheat. Like call a guy and ask if he is playing a lot of events, he says yes, pay him a bit to tell everyone that he is not going to play that much so he goes for a low price at the draft. WSOP starts, guy says he changed his mind and wants to now play a lot. I know conspiracy theories, but for a 25k buy-in I could see it happening.
