Yeah, I know, they stole this from the guy who tricked ACORN. Unoriginal. You were outraged then, too, I'm sure. I bet these stupid Dems didn't even think to creatively edit like that guy. Amateurs.

1: Hey let's lie and pretend we are a person that the 'victim' has to be nice to to get him to say anything remotely bad...Oh he basically said nothing.vs.2. Let's go in and pretend we are a person who the 'victim' should hate and be disgusted with and see if they offer to help us cheat and lie with little to no encouragement...

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/jesse-berney...h_b_827129.htmlWalker is extremely frank with the man he believes to be an important financial supporter, both of his own campaign and right-wing causes. Below are the six most important revelations we learn from listening to the Governor speak his mind.1. Walker and the Senate Republicans are conspiring to withhold Democratic lawmakers' paychecks.A minute into the call, Governor Walker describes a plan by the Senate Majority Leader to institute a new rule that would stop automatic deductions of lawmakers' paychecks if they do not appear in the Senate for more than two days. It would require lawmakers to appear in person to collect their checks.Walker describes this as part of a plan he is working on with GOP Senators: "Each day, we're going to rachet this up a little bit."2. Walker sees billionaire David Koch as "one of us."Two and a half minutes in, Walker is describing a conversation he had with a Democratic state lawmaker, Tim Cullen, who Walker says is the "only reasonable" one among the Democrats. When the man pretending to be Koch suggests he calls Cullen, Walker says that although Cullen is reasonable, he is not "one of us." Who is the "us" that includes Walker and out-of-state billionaire Koch, but not an elected state legislator?3. Walker is planning to threaten state workers with layoffs.Five minutes into the call, Governor Walker says he is planning to issue between 5,000 and 6,000 "risk notices" to state workers announcing that they are at risk of being laid off. He makes this statement in the context of what he is planning to do to put pressure on Democrats to cave into his demands, not what is necessary due to the budget crunch. "If they want to start sacrificing thousands of public workers to be laid off," he says, "sooner or later there's gonna be pressure on Senators to come back. We're not going to compromise."4. Walker has a plan to lie to Senate Democrats and pass the bill while they are not aware of the vote.Seven minutes in, Walker describes a plan created by his chief of staff to call Senate Democrats back to "hear what they have to say." While he is discussing the issues with the Democrats, the Senate would be in recess. In actuality, once Democrats come back to the state assembly, Republicans would be able to pass the bill eliminating collective bargaining rights while Walker is in discussions with Democrats.5. Walker considered planting fake protesters to cause trouble among the real protesters.Fourteen and a half minutes in, the fake David Koch says that they are considering "planing some troublemakers" among the crowd of protesters. Walker responds with, "we thought about that." He expresses no moral objection to the plan, but says that he thinks it is the wrong strategy, because a "ruckus" would make people think he should compromise.6. Walker is corrupt.Although early in Walker says they are investigating the Democratic Senators to see if they are committing ethics violations by accepting union funds, when the fake David Koch says he will fly Walker "out to Cali and really show you a good time," Walker responds by saying "that would be outstanding."

Imagine..not letting the people who left work and are refusing to come back to receive full pay for this action...the NERVE!

Oh my goodness. The republicans have an us vs them attitude? That is so FOREIGN in politics where normally it is all about sharing leadership roles in committees and helping each other during elections.
3. WHAT? People leave work, turn in phony doctor excuses, refuse to work..and they might get fired???? In this economy???? But the government has SOOO much money just laying around, why not share it with people who are standing around all day not working?..I mean not the people on unemployment for 99 weeks...
4. He is thinking of TRICKING the democrats to actually SHOW UP FOR WORK?Man its a good thing you found out about this plan..because you know those idiots would have fallen for it.Man..trying to get people to work for a paycheck? What's next? Torture???
5. Walker responds with, "we thought about that." He expresses no moral objection to the plan, but says that he thinks it is the wrong strategy, because a "ruckus" would make people think he should compromise.
And the protesters are just trying to 'keep it real'. Other then the New York Teamsters who are shipping hundreds of people to protest their 'rights' even though they aren't actually affected at all...Of course then we find out that it was the caller who suggested this to Walker, and Walker clearly said he didn't do it.The caller suggested he was thinking about "planting some troublemakers" among the protesters, and Walker said his administration had thought about doing that, too, but decided against it. Walker said the protests eventually would die because the media would stop covering them. They call this leading the witness and its not allowed when the truth is the goal...

Walker is corrupt.Although early in Walker says they are investigating the Democratic Senators to see if they are committing ethics violations by accepting union funds, when the fake David Koch says he will fly Walker "out to Cali and really show you a good time," Walker responds by saying "that would be outstanding."
And by corrupt we mean..doing the exact same thing the democrats do every single day.

And you know what else strikes me as funny about the Walker set up lying liberal who 'revealed' that Walker is pretty much the same in private as he is in public? That Obama is not.Remember then candidate Obama was caught in private talking to the rich people of San Francisco and telling them that the 'hicks in the south are clinging to their guns and their Bibles' and the next day declaring his Christian Faith being so important to him. That's the difference between Republicans and Democrats. Republicans are the same politically behind closed doors...It's just sex I thought? I knew you were going to go there...

'Every once and awhile you need to get out on the streets and get a little bloody when necessary.'"
Democrat Rep. Michael Capuano (Mass)Was he talking about Arizona?Or Madison? Not sure what he means here, but obviously we know he isn't saying that the protesters should 'get bloody', he must have meant 'Target the Governor'?

So, just to inject a little reality into the debate, you can read the actual bill here:The actual billHighlights:

This bill requires an annual certification election of the labor organization that represents each collective bargaining unit containing general employees. If, at the election, less than 51 percent of the actual employees in the collective bargaining unit vote for a representative, then, at the expiration of the current collective bargaining agreement, the current representative is decertified and the members of the collective bargaining unit are nonrepresented and may not be represented for one year.
OMG how terrible, if a majority wants out they can get out!!! How dare the governor give workers a voice!
Except for salary deductions for public safety employees, this bill prohibits the salary deductions for labor organization dues. This bill also allows a general employee to refrain from paying dues and remain a member of a collective bargaining unit.
The first sentence seems fine, the second makes no sense at all. Why would they be able to stay in the club if they don't pay the membership?
adjustments to retirement payouts and contributions, and contributions to insurance and other benefits
Painful, but apparently a necessary step. You can only get so much milk from the cow. (Because it's Wisconsin... get it?) We're hearing the unions have already agreed to this stuff, though.
This bill authorizes a state agency to discharge any state employee who fails to report to work as scheduled for any three unexcused working days during a state of emergency or who participates in a strike, work stoppage, sit−down, stay−in, slowdown, or other concerted activities to interrupt the of operations or services of state government, including specifically purported mass resignations or sick calls.
Seems pretty uncontroversial....That's all stuff from the summary. Here's a key section from the actual law:
Employees shall have the right of self−organization and the right to form, join, or assist labor organizations, to bargain collectively through representatives of their own choosing under this subchapter, and to engage in lawful, concerted activities for the purpose of collective bargaining or other mutual aid or protection. Employees shall also have the right to refrain from any or all of such activities.
So that's it, that's the horrible union-busting tactic: employees may form unions, or if they don't want them, they don't have to join.Seriously, this is what they are protesting about? Giving workers an actual choice if they want to contribute to the Democratic party?

Actually 3 different ACORN centers helped them, including informing them how to cheat on taxes. I believe they went to 12 centers total, but I could be remembering that wrong.

I think the Libs should stop spreading the actual call with the gov and the fake billionaire... since he didn't lie or say anything different than he has in public. It kind'f makes them look stupid. They should just lie about what he said and keep saying it, and then it will be "true".

He did, actually. As much as I don't think it's a big deal, it's only because I knew he was full of shit from the beginning.

Did he really lie?He campaigned that this is what he was going to do. His bill has everything in it. His changes of plans as a result of the protests aren't a lie unless you think he had planned on not paying them all along.

He never said he would end collective bargaining during his campaign. It's not on his campaign website, nobody can find it anywhere on the internet, and PolitiFact has rated the claim "False"

Oh man, that's funny. You can read his actual quote, and then the manufactured headline that adds the part about "ending collective bargaining". That's funny, since the bill isn't ending collective bargaining. (according to Hblask's post) Oh yeah... and it also hurts the headline that he didn't say that.

According to everyone but HBlask it is. He puts a really nice spin on all those provisions though.I thought the part of the crank call that was damaging was the matter of fact way Governor Walker talks about launching counter-protesters.....but, in fairness, that's just politics these days. I doubt a Dem governor would be much different. For me, I was distressed that a governor would not make sure he was actually talking to David Koch. I'd hope it would be harder to trick a governor than some random ACORN workers.
