Villain is an aggro monkey 25/22/AF 3.7, 14.3% 3bet over 288 hands. He has folded to the first two 4 bets (1 by me, 1 by another player) Do you think he flats any premiums to the 4b? i kinda dislike cbets on both these boards:hand one, you seriously could face a jam a lot. from all kinds of PP's. and you could get bluffed off the best hand. would just check fold. but out of these 2 boards this def has a chance to work. the other flop, i dont think we can. Hand 2, paired boards like this one arent amazing to cbet bc PP's and such dont like to fold. and enough draws wanna jam face us here. c/f as well imo. also in hand 2 if villain is a thinking player he calls the 4 bet with AA, KK, QQ, and stuff and is never folding the flop.

I think I agree with rrumsey.I can't really think of too many hands in either villain's range that's going to fold to a cbet on these flops. I think if you did cbet a flop, it'd probably have better success on hand 1. He makes a tiny 3bet preflop, and then flats a pretty big 4bet. I think his range is either really wide or really narrow. No shame in check/folding either flop though.

I don't know if i like 4-betting AKoff oop based on a read after 6 hands. But if he's as much as lagtard as we think he is, then he might just spew his stack away with ATC after we check. And we are not in such a bad shape against most of his PPs. Check/Jamming ace-high for value anyone?Otherwise, i would just flat preflop.

generally I would agree that cbets in these situations are dangerous, but against droolers/aggros, the range they are calling you with is wide enough where c-betting is fine imo.
