I was having a discussion with some other people today and we were reviewing hand histories and stats. We came across some of my stats on 5nl which were abnormally good. So my question is, do you think that one could turn pro 1 tabling 5nl? My guess is they can. Here are some of my stats - Posted ImageBasically I'm winning at 1583.16bb/100 and I think people are just trying to hand me their money. Here are some hands...https://www.pokertab...hash=9037069937https://www.pokertab...hash=9036908104I think both hands show that these donks are just bluffing their chips away and a player like me can keep this winrate up because I really am awesome. Can somebody here please give me a good reason not to quit my job and 1 table 5nl?

Given the mountain of evidence you've turned in, I think you should've made this decision much sooner. I don't know why you're even asking. Turn pro, make millions.

Maybe I should quit mulit tabling the $5 and I'd make dozens more dollars. I'm finally seeing the light, this is the kind of advice I was hoping for joining this site those years ago.

Outsider13, I think you're running into a problem that a lot of microstakes grinders fall into: Ego. Yes, you've beat the game at an incredibly high rate, but that certainly is not going to last, sooner or later you're going to hit a bad run of cards, and then posting bad beats in the BBF and calling the other players mother ****ing ******* cunts. Plus, there are some extreme flaws in your game. With the 34 hand, what are you trying to accomplish by calling those preflop raises? I understand that you have unsuited connectors therefore you have a higher chance of hitting straights and flushes, but when you are that deep and people are 3,4, and even 5 betting, they will more than likely have what Phil Hellmuth calls, "the top 10 percent of hands". You don't fare very well against aces or kings here, but if you put the opponents on drawing hands like AK or J10 then I guess you're call is okay because you're playing deep. But when you the donkbet that flop, get raised, and then get reraised, I don't think you're getting the right price to call. Perhaps you had a read that were jamming with hands like AK or AQ, therefore you had many more outs. I don't know, I just don't see how that's a good play in the long run. On the 53hh hand, I don't know why you're 3 betting this hand preflop. I understand that you are on the button and like to play what the pros call "position poker", but this is not the hand to do it with. You only have 1 opportunity for a flush and your cards aren't even connected. The rest of the hand you played well though, I really like your flop call with the intention of bluffing the turn and river. Plus, there's a small chance you still have the best hand. Players have a tendency to make large bluffs at 5NL which makes your river call extremely justified.I also you think you need to table select better, while although trueace13 is a huge microstakes fish that gets extremely lucky, players like tbrick412, seat3ismine, and kobe2odom8 make their living playing the microstakes, why do you think they're so deep?I know I'm rambling a bit but I just don't want you to get discouraged when you hit a bad run of cards, because even Daniel Negranu goes through them. Watch the old episodes of highstakes poker when he gets unlucky in so many hands, luckily he's turned it around and is once again at the top of his game. I really wish you the best of luck in your endeavor, and I hope you continue to kill the microstakes, I just want you to be weary that downswings do occur in the poker world, and I hope you're prepared for them.

Dear Outsider,I am not good at pokeher so I can offer no advice, but I want to wish you luck.I would like to point out that the 1583.16 bb/100 win rate you referenced is in fact 1583.16 PTBB/100, which is far more amazing and I would see no reason to return to work on Monday. Please start a blog, similar to tom dwan or daniel negraeneu so we may follow your progress.JamesIn before aussie phil, bc he's a life fish who probably has a similar win rate with a "-" in front of it
