anyone here seen the final hand of episode 39

very bizarre

Dwan flops bottom pair with K3 Eli check raises him after he bets like 2800 to like 8k with 2 7 of hearts which is nothing

turn is Ace of hearts Eli now has flush draw and bets 13k dwan tanks and calls

river leaves Eli with 7 high - he bets 10k to make it look like value bet Dwan calls

How can Eli every think that Dwan won't call that final bet - I'm guessing he's calling out of curiosity every time - if Eli makes it 25 then Dwan folds - but then again Dwan is sick so who knows

i think gus hanson did point out that Dwan did have bottom pair "top kicker"

I think Eli was thinking that if he bet so little it would cause Dwan to think that he had to have it 100% of the time. If I remember correctly Dwan took a really long time before calling. Also he(Dwan) had gotten pretty beat up prior to this hand by Dolly and someone else and looked to be steaming a bit. I actually think Dwan might fold the river there a lot but he actually gives Eli enough credit to be bluffing there occasionally. I think it was a really great, interesting hand between them though.
