Subway Finally Agrees To Tessellate Cheese

Recommended Posts

I've never seen a half-moon that was triangular. They're always rounded crescent shapes when I see them.
Ha.I didn't realize the internet was buzzing for this.Word added to vocabulary due to this thread: tessellate.

We're missing a word from the photo. It actually says "With this new policy, triangles or half moons of cheese will be placed on the sandwich in an offset, or staggered pattern".

The provolone cheese is in the shape of a half moon. The Swiss and American are triangles. I wish they would do something about forcing people to buy chips all the time.

Tessellate is an awesome word that I'd never heard before.
And it rhymes with fellate which is what I envision the young hot sandwich artist girls doing to me while they tessellate.

Every subway that I ate at regularly already did that. I guess we're just ahead of the curve here in Iowa...
I agree with this. I don't remember ever seeing a Subway here in Iowa not do this.

Yeah, I worked at a Subway during college in North Dakota, and we always did the cheese the "new" way.

What is it with Iowa? Everyone I've ever met from Iowa thinks Iowa is the shit.
