If you play a high volume of tournament poker, you will go through periods which are extremely testing. You will be 12 tabling and suddently in a 20 minute period you'll get busted from 10 of those tournaments. You will get your money in ahead 10 times in a row and lose them all. You will will get 2 outered on the river for a massive stack deep in a big tournament. It's at times like these when naturally you will feel tilt. You will wanna hit something or shove your stacks in every tournament so you can quit. Remaining composed in these situations is one of the toughest things to master as a multi tabler - and I believe it is probably the most important. It's not easy to master either - for each person the solution will be different. Not being able to do this will could well be the difference between a small winner and a big winner.Just today, I've had 3 periods like this. I almost blew up in the lastest one but relieved my anger by punching a pillow and taking a deep breath.Prob gonna play 1 more batch of 12 180s whilst the last MTTs start. I have a nice stack in the 5R but that's about it :club:.also wtf.Dealer: Game #41364213057: pipalive wins pot (2,419) with a pair of Queenspipalive: BLUE YOU SLEEP WITH DEALER!!!!!!!!!!pipalive: BLUE GO TO HOME YOUR WIFE EATA A POT-TE OS CRNpipalive: AA---- RR --- AND IN THE NEXT---- DD?!?!

Gruelling day. 1 tabling the 5 rebuy right now but it's not that deep yet and I only have 20 BBs.Won't go into too many details. Lost about $500 on 180s and $600 on MTTs.This is all part of the fun I gues, I'm giving a strong consideration to dropping 36 180s out of the schedule and making up for it with 12s but I'll give them another run tomorrow. edit - **** what I said here before , I'm playing til I don't want to play any moreThis isn't the start of this, I'm in the middle of a pretty hefty downswing in MTTs since mid February. As much as anything I'm tryng to use this challenge to pull me out of it but so far it's not working. Still positive and looking forward to shipping lots of $ tomorrow (and maybe tonight!)Total VPPS ~920 Position in Monthly TLB - 512th with 3455.25 edit - Chat is actually back now!

I don't think anything is as tough as instantly losing a lot of bets in 6mLHE. Overall the cash game experience is a lot less frustrating, mostly because of the ability to quit when you please, although it doesn't have the excitement that tournaments sometimes have - somehow I still get quite excited to win a 12 180, despite the fact I've done it 20+ times now.I'd be playing more LHE but the games have been crappy all year at 10/20. Maybe I'll start playing a ton of 5/10 again if I give up this. It would turn into 70 days 50k (of which half comes from FPPs).

Day 3 was meh. I feel I played really well all day. Ran bad deep in MTTs, lost a couple of crucial flips deep. Ran terrible at 36 180 FTs but shit happens and you gotta get used to it. Lost a tiny amount on the day. About $60.TLB- 406th with 3711 pts - 100th has 4540. I will get a small boost later from the $109 score.VPP - around 880 - 36.2k total.Currently about -$2.1k. Almost all of this is from MTTs with an average buy in of around $40.Relaxing day tomorrow.
