Was the all-in too much should i have just bet the pot or was i right in protecting my hand against a flush draw and high cards?

I like your play. The raise may have been a little too much. It looks like Jacks or 10s to me. The kind of hand you want to get head up with badly. Nonetheless, it acheived the desired effect. I like your post flop bet(2X the pot). $8 in the pot with a vulnerable overpair, I take it down ASAP.

Agreed. I actually think the preflop raise was fine considering the size of the blinds and that you did raise the UTG 6x his raise, which IMHO is just fine. I like the all-in play as well, same reason as Vade. 8)
