Well this is fun bc I made a royal flush, but I have questions on all 3 streets. Villain is 25/20/2.69 6% 3b, plays super loose out of the SB, 58% vpip out of the blinds.Should I raise the flop donk? His super wide pre-flop range makes me believe he can have some worse flush draws.Turn... ohider. Checking back cool or should we bomb it to set up a big bet vs his under flushes and AX hands?River... As played; jam or raise to ~$3.50?No Limit Hold'em $0.05/$0.10Merge Network6 playersFormatted by pokercopilot.com - Mac OS X hand history analysis and trackingStacks:UTG - Hero ($10.99)MP - UTG ($14.80)CO - MP ($8.95)BTN - BTN ($4.05)SB - SB ($6.30)BB - BB ($18.96)Preflop: ($0.15, 6 players) Hero is UTG with K :4h Q :5cHero raises to $0.30, 3 folds, SB calls $0.25, BB calls $0.20Flop: T :3h A :qh A :club: ($0.90, 3 players)SB checks, BB bets $0.67, Hero calls $0.67, 1 foldTurn: J :jh ($2.24, 2 players)BB checks, Hero checksRiver: 8 :ts ($2.24, 2 players)BB bets $1.12,

Flop: I like calling. Yeah, he can have some weaker FD's, but is he calling with them on a paired board oop (maybe?). Plus we might have the best hand here some of the time, and even counterfeit outs with a T if he's donking a small pair. Turn: Betting is good if you think he'll call with hands like QT, QJ, and KJ. River: I think we lose value if we shove (unless you know him to be a huge station). The only hands that will call a shove are FH's, and based on his bet sizing, I'd be surprised if he ever has one here. So I like raising to $3.50 like you said, or maybe even a little smaller to target the weaker end of his range. The blocker bet seems like he's looking for thin value with a hand like KJ.

I think he is probably bet/calling or bet/folding regardless of bet size. What sort of hands do you think he would bet/call to a smaller raise and do you think he has more of those hands than he does ones he will call off vs a shipski?

I see what you're saying, but I think a smaller raise just has a better chance of getting called. The reason being is that it gives him a chance to level himself into making a bad call based on "pot odds", and allows him to spazz as well.

Lame.So what do you think of this Br management plan on moving up? I'm playing 3 tables these days, and I was thinking taking shots at the next level at 15 BI's, and starting with 1 table and then 2 tables of my current limit, and then changing a table at 20 bi's and 25 bi's.

I think that's a really good plan. Are you getting close to taking 25nl shots?

Yeah I took one last night, and had MDoranD on my direct left, he 3bet a couple of my CO opens when I was weak. And then I tried a horrible dbl brl bluff on AKQx tt, and checked the river when the flush card hit and he checked back with AJ. Then I quit down like $15.

James, not betting the turn with the royal is burning money.Jamming river is by far the best play too.
