If you are already comfortable with aggression in LHE, then 6max >>>>>>>>> FR for profitability. If you're not, then try some micro limit 6 max tables and play aggro. The money will literally flow to you.Also, as much as I detest 2+2, check out their small-micro stakes LHE forums. Unfortunately like no one at FCP ever posts in here, its completely dead.

What level? I used to 24 table 25c-50c and 50c-$1. If your stakes are very passive, I limp 22-77 from EP and raise the rest.

5c-10c and some 10c-20c, I'm not ready for high stakes than that, and it's more for entertainment than anything, so I won't feel the need to level up anytime soon beside for the challenge of it.

Following Ed Miller's Small Stakes Hold'Em guidelines should yield a nice winrate.
