Cap Vs No Cap Buyin Strategy (6handed Nl)

Recommended Posts

6 HANDED NLLets say you like to buyin for 30-50blinds, which happens to also be the cap amount of the Capped pot games. Most people buyin for more than this at the no-cap games. Is it better to put your 30-50blinds down at the cap game or the non-cap game?

It wouldnt matter much in a capped pot game. even if you're playing very deep, you can only bet, or get raised so much.If you're a good player looking to maximize your profit, you want to buyin for as deep as you can afford at any gameif you play a NL game with No cap with 40blinds, You're doing so to help eliminate peoples Implied odds on you, and you're also trying to minimize difficult decisions you could face if you were playing in a deep stacked game.overall, I like playing with 150bb's/
