Ok.. because of the stack sizes.. I'm going to the 4.60 in.. but.. If stack sizes were 100bb or more then the following advice....maybe online poker has changed drastically over the last 2 years, or maybe i'm a nit.. But i like never 4bet JJ in this spot.Only if you can tell me that all villains are maniacs. Otherwise. You have to call 2.5 to win 8.4, i call and pray he has AK. I wouldn 't have 4 bet either against a SB who just put in 25% of his stack on a 3 bet unless he's a real spewy idiot.

Yuck at sitting at a table with 5 short stackers. I like OP's line so far. CO could be opening wide, even though he's short. SB could be 3-betting light. I'd 4-bet to at least $3-3.50 though, which would make the shove call much easier. I still think JJ is in good shape here.

ugh, if they have "real" stacks. this would be so gross.. 4betting JJ being in the middle of Sb and CO afer SB 3bet...so impossible to play post flop.

Assuming the OP called, IPITS.I can't flat in this spot because CO only has 20xBB at the start of the hand. Once the SB 3-bets to 9.5xBB, the CO is either shoving or folding. Since both are short stacks (20xBB and 50xBB), I am 4-betting with the intention of snapping a shove. In fact, come to think of it, I will just open-shove for my 4-bet.

Yea agree these players are usually worse.. but its difficult to play an entire table of short stacks. your skill over their horrible playing is very limited. almost void really.

With these stack sizes this is an absolute 4 bet/call shove preflop.

you need enough BB on the table to be able to pay you off 2 $2 and a $4 something is awful they just wanna stick it in so light so it puts a ton of pressure on us. Play deep games when people min buy it is better

That is a gross spot, but as played, you have to call. I think I agree with Royal that 4 betting in that situation is just asking to lose money. I understand that people who buy in short usually don't have that much skill, but I much prefer playing deeper than this where we can play hands like JJ much differently than this.
