Jambot 0
Probably one for any SNG grinders. I'm not an expert on this sort of thing, but it seems that 2,000 is viewed as a good starting point to begin to get an accurate idea of sustainable ROI in SNGs. Because of the lack of top end pay out variance in double or nothing SNGs, would a smaller sample size give as good an indication, and would 2,000 be a much more solid indicator? If I'm off on the 2,000 as a reasonable figure (I'm basing this on a 2+2 thread I saw) what should I be looking at?Cheers,James
rrumsey 0
i am no expert either but i think what you are saying makes sense, therefore probably 800-1,000 would be a good number. By the way I have no idea how big the sample "should be" I hope someone else knows this. I know that You can still do a ROI like daniel did with the WPT stuff in his blog and that only had a very small sample for most so I have no idea

I once read that 2,000 SNG's still only gives you an 80% truth. I need to find that article again.
Jambot 0
That's cool. I'm clearing my way through 33 an hour at the moment and should be able to boost this to 40+ I reckon. If I get to 2,000 in a month without any real problems can see with a good bit of accuracy if they could be the solid bankroll builder I've been looking for. And then I'll go insane playing them at high volume forever more. Mwahahaha! I think we saw the same article Darth. It was something a load of SNG regulars worked out. If I remember correctly, it was 84% truth for 2,000 SNGs. Could probably be located with some googleing.Oh, as an asside, and this has probably been mentioned elsewhere on the forum before, so apologies. Any software available to auto reg for a certain number of SNGs? It's a pain doing it manually.Cheers,James
