I have been trying to open an account on Stars and my visa card wont work per my bank policies. I also got it declined at Netteller and they told me most visa cards do get refused. What is the cheapest and easiest way to open an account. . . . thanks for any help

firepay isn't bad it will cost you 3.99 to make a deposit though

Register your checking account with Firepay or Neteller and just transfer the money. It gets directly withdrawn and put into the appropriate account.

I use my checking account into Firepay (www.firepay.com) and then from Firepay into Stars.
