Lets see some of these sicko calls, post them here! It would also be awsome to see the reasoning behind these calls.

One of the sickest calls i've seen was at the WSOP where hellmuth flatted a raise pre with QQ

Flop came AQ4, Hellmuth check calls

Turn A hellmuth check calls

river 10, hellmuth leads, guy raises, Hellmuth stands up, and he's like, i know something didn't feel right...he thinks and thinks, standing up, walking around, and just calls!!!!! WOW! Mr hellmuth, you son of a biitch, how do you just call there?

guy showed AA for quads

because hellmuth is behind a lot of hands here for the guy to raise. hellmuth doesn't exactly play small ball, but raising here is pretty bad if you consider yourself a small ball player and want to get your money in good for the huge pots.

How could you 3bet or shove in Phil's spot?

There isn't much villain will call with that has Phil beat. Even AK is a somewhat simple laydown.

I was in a home game, 4 left in the freeze out.

I have a suited ace 8, spades. 1st guy folds, I raise from button, sb calls bb calls.

Flop Ah Js 5s

sb checks, bb checks, I bet, sb goes all in, bb goes all in, I call with both of them covered.

sb has AA

bb has KK?????

I table nut flush draw

Turn K

River K

Did I mention that the bb was married to he sb? she was pissed, I was laughing so hard I spilled my drink. He said he had a feeling we were bluffing

That was the sickest call I ever saw
I use my cigar smoke as idiot repellent

this isn't a call, but the sickest fold was from last year's WSOP main event when the guy correctly folded Jacks full to aces full (I think it was aces full). it was sick not only because of it being like close to the nuts, but also because of the bet sizing... if you have seen it played out you know what I mean.

This is not a sick call its just an extremely poor call. . . .

playing $2-60 live game with a splash pot of $100 (football promo)

stacks:

Sb: ~$200
BB: ~$70
UTG+1 (me) $130
+2 $240
Cutoff $~340
Button covers all

play is folded to me and I make it $24 (I consider making it 60 and dropping the whole stack to win this one but I wanted to see a flop first). I think I got 6 callers putting over $200 in the pot.

Flop 3c, Jc, 10h

I quickly make it $60 get called by 4 and the Sb pushes the rest of his short stack.

Turn Qs

I push the rest of my stack (around 40?), 1 fold, CU calls, Button raises 60, SB thinks and folds. . Cu calls

River is As

Hallelujah! Broadway. . . so I'm stoked of course. .
Cu and button are the only two with chips in front of them . . so the Cu checks and the button makes it $60

now the Cu tanks for about 2 minutes (I really think he would have called if all the other commotion was not going on at the table). and eventually folds flipping over POCKET 8s

So naturally everyone at the table laughs a bit. .

I guess you can justify calling the turn with the math? probably around 6 or 7-1 on a call to set farm but when you miss the river and it adds yet another over card, and a 1 card straight possibility how do you not instafold. . .

Thanks for the easy money. . .
