stupid question too, in all likelihood. Does the rake include the final bet if no one calls it? Meaning, if the pot is $5 and hit all-in and no one calls, is the rake calculated off the $5 pot or do they include my final all-in as well?

On the sites I've played at, uncalled bets are not raked.
