That looks absolutely moronic from the Steelheads perspective. What are we missing? None of Boychuk, Bernier, Hansen, Meyer seem to have much value. Colorado is good, but goalies are up and down, and Patrick Roy doesn't play for them anymore. Even if they're all quarter players I don't see how that one makes sense.
Long signatures are really annoying.

Boychuk definitely has value, but I don't like this trade either from a Steelheads perspective. As owner of a team in the same division as the Steelheads however, I love it. :club:

I have decided that my plan for this season is to cherish the Reject Cup, while simultaneously dumping off my big ticket players for young prospects. This will be my team logo moving ahead: http://wallpapers.fr..._challenger.jpg

I think Boychuk on the Islanders is a much better spot. He never got PP time in Boston with Chara out there.

AHL east is the best division with the smartest and greatest owners. We are smart and are experienced in life.

We have an owner from Las Vegas, California, Sudbury , West GTA and East GTA.

With the emergence of Steelheads we hope to put 4 teams in playoffs.

Now if we can work on that JP.

Recently overheard conversation between one guy.

Steelheads: 'Oh, hey there, Steelheads, great job on having the early lead over the entire AHL!'
Steelheads: 'Oh, thanks for noticing, Steelheads, that's real nice of you!. Too bad the rest of the AHL doesn't deal you up any respect for your great start'
Steelheads: 'That's okay, man. We're just going to work hard, take it one game at a time, and do our best to contribute. The good lord willing, we may have a good season'.
Steelheads: 'Cool, bro. Just thought I'd bring it up, since no one else seems to have noticed'.
Steelheads: 'Thanks. I appreciate it. But we're just focussed on giving it 110%, and whatever happens, happens. And, if at the end of the season we've finally gotten some respect, then we will be gracious and tell everyone to 'SUCK IT BITCHES!'.
Steelheads: 'Cool'.

Self promotion is the only way to get noticed in this league.

(TORONTO) Last night, in Toronto, the AHLHOF (Alternative Hockey League Hall of Fame) was on hand to collect the game puck and stick from last nights All-Star Mike Richards, whose three goal performance led to the historic first win for the Steelhead's franchise. The Steelheads pulled out a 4-2 victory over the up-and-coming Canadian Gothic, evening their record on the season to 1-1. The Gothic put in a tough battle, with their Shanahan-like team approach, but fell a little short to the superlative effort by Richards. Next up for the Steelheads are the Mustangs, who, much like their minor league affiliate Toronto Maple Leafs, have gotten off to a shakey start, with losses to the Cheap Thieves and the very weak expansion Magically Delicious. While Mustangs GM Serge Bogoggledydoozyalosioan has vowed to put together a team that will play with 'truculence', his apparent misunderstanding of the word's meaning has led to the assemblage of a team that plays with flatulence....

The Good ol days.

January 10th 2015.
First overall in the AHL.

Heady days, friends. A certain NHL team from Toronto should take some notes: THIS was a rebuild.
