lol, my reasoning being that, more often than not at these limits, a very oddly large preflop raise means like TT/JJ type hands that the villain is afraid to have to play when he sees a flop with any overcards. Depending very much on my read of villain, my image, and even just my mood, I think my preflop play can vary widely here between flat/raise/shove, flatting only occasionally of course but still something I keep in my repertoire.
thats why i am asking if we just shove preflop, cuz say we 3 bet and he calls then overs hit to his pair and we c-bet and he is like well now i bet he has one of those and folds.
whereas if we push preflop villain may think this could be AK or a lesser pair and call. i dont really see villain opening 20BBs and then folding to a push.
