you know you're playing a fish when he says...

I think this will get very very fun :DI'll start it out with a few quotes I've heard the last week."I never win with Aces, Honestly 1-10 times I win with them..." "If you don't think Poker is Gambling you're an Idiot It's all Luck" "I knew that (put any random 1 outter card here) Was coming, So I just had to call, sometimes you just get that feeling you know?" "I had a Flush Draw." - When there is three suits on the board on the flop, and he catches 2 to make his 8 high flush. "Yeah, I'm a semi-pro, but I don't like to brag" - While Nutbarring a $10 NL table.

that exhibit b had me rolling on the ground wondering why someone would take the time to even fully explain themselves in a situation like that.

this was a good onethe big stack of a MTT would constantly go allin into small pots and show small pairsme: "why do you bet so big, no one is going to call you unless tyey have you beat"Fish: "I cant lose"Me: "yes you can, if they call with a better hand"Fish: " No, because ill get chips back no matter what"Me: So if you have 13000 and someone doubles up through you with 12999....you dont consider that a loss?"Fish: Nope....I won a chip, its a profit"classic

"But it was suited!" The thing about this line is that I've only ever heard it when a good player was being sarcastic and making fun of fish, I never actually heard it said by someone when they truly meant it.....until about two weeks ago. I was playing a live home game, and this one woman used this line about 6 or 7 times after showing down a hand, and she really really meant it. It went so far as that she played any two suited cards.

after some guys TPTK with AK gets beat by a ragged 2 pair he says"thats why i never raise with big hands (starting hands) in limit poker. its not worth it"and then the whole table agrees with him and gives him there appologies for taking another "bad beat".

heres another one:playing live at a local casino: 2/5 limit holdem.within the first 20 minutes or so a hand is dealt and i muck J8s UTG. when i muck the cards though they flip over on the table. half of the table goes into complete shock that i mucked the hand and i end up getting a speech from a few older guys on how they play any 2 suited cards.
