interesting no-limit o8 situation (yes, no limit)

Akishore, Here is how I would go about solving this problem:Alright... best case scenario (for him) he's got the uncounterfeitable nut-low draw. That means he's got, what, 19 outs to half the pot? If he has something like 235 or 236?If we give him credit for that hand, then he's got a 19/41 shot of hitting his low and taking half of your awesome pot. If he knew how locked up you had the high portion, he'd need in the neighborhood of 4.5-1 to call. He might be giving himself other outs (flush, straight, boat, etc), or even have something like an under boat, or trips. The problem with this hand is this: if he's on ONLY a low draw, he won't call off a penny on the river, so you need to get money in the pot now to get paid off. I'd bet the size of the pot and hope he chases. If he's a weaker player, bet as much as you can.Ice

I would bet something close to the size of the pot for protection. He's probably looking for low (otherwise he's paying an awful lot to draw at a gutshot or a non-nut flush). If he's got a naked 23, he'll count 16 outs to the nut low (not knowing that you've got two of them). If he's got say 236, he'll count 21, I think. Even though he'd be drawing at half the pot, I'd make him pay to do so.(Of course, it's possible he's holding the other two fours for quads, but if so your emergency low draw might be good.)I see Ice already posted roughly the same advice as I was writing this.
Then you go to da box for 2 minutes by yourself, you feel shame... then you get free.
