Table has been pretty passive and I have been limping a lot.Is flatting this the worst option? He is repping a straight and I think is obviously potting a blank turn. Is this a reraise all in on the flop since we are only losing to A,4 or 6,4?

No it is not, it is flat or Repop flop on a 4-bet and i really don't know which is better, could he have a draw and a hand like 2 pair or a set? IDK i think i repop flop and find out where i stand and see if he pushes but the only problem is that flatting doesn't give us a lot of info and a 4 bet lets us know. Even if he has a st8 we aren't dead yet. Both of you are deep i think 4-bet flop is right play but it sucks if he calls or pushes. I mean we did in fact hit top set he could show up with 2 pair and a draw/ smaller set and a draw this is the tough part of limped multiway pots because we could truly be screwed here. I don't see myself laying down top set on almost any flop with 3 to a flush.

Shark527 0
I'll tell you what simo used to tell me over and over and over again until I got it through my thick skull.RAISE PREFLOP Any hand, that your intending to play, and any position? Is there a situation where a limp is more favorable? bdc30 0
If there was one thing I learned from simo and iggy back in the day, it was to raise (and 3bet) in position basically whenever you were going to come in to a pot. I went from probably a 30/3 player to a 24/20 player over the course of those guys pounding it in to me. Mind you, Iggy was playing a 60/40 style last time I talked to him, so there's much to be said for a more lag style too. I am moreso pointing out that the vast majority of the time you're coming in to pots, it should be with a raise.
DocHoliday 0
His line does look a lot like aces PF. So there might be a 4 in there as well... But even so, you've got outs, and it is not unusual for these stakes that people will go berserk with naked aces. Just today guy called of his entire stack on 567 board with KK, and I had 89... So yeah, I'd go with it all the way.
Shark527 0
Normally while playing, I'd try to limp in EP for pot control and raise in later positions.
bdc30 0
His line does look a lot like aces PF.?? I'm perplexed by this statement. What exactly makes it look like aces? He limped, from UTG, in a 10c plo game....That says aces to you?

bdc30 0
I stand corrected, but still don't see how BB checking after two limpers "looks a lot like aces pf"...
DonkSlayer 1
I'm never ever ever not getting it in with top set against a range where the best hand can only be a straight, unless I'm wagering over 100bb's, which villain isn't.

He will 99% pot a blank turn.

He will 99% pot a blank turn.I'm sorry, I think I misread that we were at a diff limit, as you are actually pretty deep here. Yeah, as played, flat flop, fold turn ui. I might flat the turn if it doesn't pair but it's a club.
DonkSlayer 1
You have lots of 7's so I'm not terribly worried about villain running to a straight that he doesn't have yet, so I think flatting the flop for pot control (and you can justifiably flat turn ui this way too) is fine as well.
