yeah...it seems to be obvious he has the A....Id call because Ive seen too many people do the same things with an 8

I don't know, I've seen a lot of people make this play with almost any spade because they don't think you have one. Your betting on the flop makes them think you have a pair or two pair and all your raises makes them think you want spades to go away. so, they think their spade is good. Wouldn't surprise me if he had the J, 10, 9, etc
