Illustrating the advantages of playing in position, I think you fold this. Obv if your Ace is Diamond, you're all in, and I'd think hard about it if two hearts were on board.

yeah if i had the FD i'm insta-shoving.i was gonna put the shortie all in with my TPTK and wrap, but the other guy screwed it up. i figured the flush draw made my wrap much weaker. what if the board was rainbow? we still fold?

Easy fold with the diamond threat and that much action. Your wrap isn't quite as big when you consider the loss of the 9d, Kd, and Ad as outs.As to the question about the rainbow flop, it's hard to say because the action would likely be much different. But even if you're up against a bare set, like JJ88, you're still a slight dog. You're in bad shape if one of the villains has a straight draw to go with his set (e.g., you're 36% against AKJJ). You're even a very slight dog to something like QJ87 on a rainbow flop.
