Preflop: Hero is CO with [5d], [5h]. 2 folds, BB calls, MP1 calls, Hero calls.(calling the raise here was a pretty bad call, I don't know whats wrong with me today)Flop: (8.40 SB) [2h], [5c], [7s] (4 players)BB checks, MP1 bets, Button calls, MP1 calls.(I was pretty sure that the button would raise, but I don't know if that was the best play)Turn: (8.70 BB) [Ks] (3 players)MP1 checks, Hero checks, Button bets, Button calls, MP1 calls.(same thing as flop)River: (14.70 BB) [Ac] (3 players)MP1 checks, Hero bets, Button calls, MP1 calls.Final Pot: 17.70 BBI think i missplayed every thing but the river. what do y'all think?

Aside from the fact that you could have bet out the turn, I see nothing wrong with this play. You had decided to call preflop so then you called the raise hoping to hit your set. You did. This was a perfect flop for you with no realistic draws... you want to build the pot here by keeping your customers, not by push others out. Your call was perfect, and the button raise as you expected. On the turn you should have bet. The pot is now big enough where your bet won't push others out. River is fine. I dunno, am I missing somethin here. I don't think you messed it up badly at all...

Preflop is fine.Flop call/reraise is pure FPS. Counting on the button to raise for you to get a three bet is bad. You raise and you might get this pot capped. Turn check/raise is horrible but worked because button is a donk. If you wanted to check/raise here, you should have just called the button's flop raise. Think a move or two ahead.River is standard.

I'm not sure if I like the preflop limp. But having limped, calling the button's raise is correct (automatic, in fact).I think I like the play on the flop, actually. If button just has overcards, he'll probably fold if you raise, and you lose an overcaller that you would like to see stay in and catch something. If he has an overpair, he'll probably raise behind you if you call.Having been the last bettor on the flop, I think you have to bet the turn, this could easily be checked around. If the K helped the button, he might raise your bet anyway.

i would have to agree with you. you played this pretty badly.first off you should call that raise pre-flop 100% of the time. (you did that right)raise that flop and prey to get 3 bet so you can cap.lead the turn and hope to get a 3bet in once again.the river is good!

okay, rise PF. Then raise the flop, cap it if it gets three bet back at you. Lead the turn and threebet it it and lead the river blank(which would be basically everything)

(calling the raise here was a pretty bad call, I don't know whats wrong with me today)
If you put voluntarily put money in the pot, always call for 1 more bet back to you, i'd raise and cap the flop, lead the turn, I might slowdown if its reraised to me... Depends on his stats
