Hurr Durr, Stars added a rematch option to HU SNGs.

Luckily, they sent out no info regarding it beforehand, and made it so that if you hit enter once the SNG ends, you accept a rematch.

It can be turned off in Options, but it caught me off guard with not knowing it. Don't type GG after the game or you might find yourself playing again.

Stars is doing a great job of pissing me off lately.

youve played them after the update?

i may have had a few drinks but i dont think that would cause me to imagine a giant box in the middle of the screen counting down 30 seconds telling me i just accepted a rematch unwillingly and waiting for the other player to reply.

Ehrm, not sure if they released Mac update before Windows update, is Mac still their beta crap?

If so, you all get an early warning, cause I'm running Mac.

I just closed stars and reopened it and got the new software update. A new option under options is always decline rematch, so it's definitely there, not sure how the rematch thing works though.

I'm on a mac too.

All requests for changes or complaints about software or requests ofr
options are all sent to our Ideas department, they will look into the issue.
I apologize if our replies seem robotic, but this is how these requests are
dealt with.

At this time there is no way in our software to turn the rematch pop ups off.

Okay there's no way this can be possible. You're telling me if I'm running 12 HU SNGs, and I accidentally hit enter, I'm trapped in a rematch I don't want? There's no way to cancel once you hit enter, either. I'm livid with this entire situation and since support is telling me the popups cant be disabled, I'm trying to figure out just what the hell the "Decline All Rematch Requests" option...well...DOES AT ALL. Hopefully they give me some sort of answer/remedy.

EDIT: Sorry to the $2.20 donk who called my shove with QJ when i had KJ, but I was testing it and when I had the Automatically Decline option on, the popup didn't come up. Stars doesn't even know their own software, it seems.

Well after figuring it all out through testing it playing HU matches, I can confirm that the Automatically Decline Rematch Requests option takes care of the pop ups.

Stars apparently did not know this. Hopefully my efforts help them out a bit should someone else have this problem! Nice to get faulty information.
