Tactical Bear 3
I've suffered through alcohol withdrawal, which was pretty horrible. In my case, the worst was extreme anxiety/depression, coupled with irritability. I couldn't sleep more than 2 hours at a time. At the worst, I had the shakes, some nausea and headaches. It got better, but mostly because I started taking Valium to get me through it. Like an idiot, I didn't realize Valium was addictive, so I then had to suffer through Valium withdrawal, too. It was almost as bad as the booze withdrawal.

gooch 0
how would you describe your withdrawls? from cigarettes? from alchohol? from any harder drugs?cigarettes was annoying, no sleep, restless, but manageable in the right frame of mind and with the patch easy enough to do if you set your mind to itbooze, i now quit drinking for at least a month every year, started a long time ago and i would quit for a week before my birthday to make sure i still could, now i usually do a couple cleanses and will clean up for a while after christmas and in the fall before i go surfing, has not been a problem yethard drugs were pretty manageable to me to quit because i never really liked them, i just did them because they were there

jmkiser 0
Best. Anti-smoking. Tool. Ever.Totally Wicked E-cigIt's this new fad called vaping. In basic terms, you get this e-cigarette with different strengths of nicotine juices. You smoke the e-cig just like a regular one. The stronger the nicotine juice, the harder the hit. Since it doesn't release smoke (only water vapor), this is the cigarette you can "smoke" (vape) anywhere. The patch was never really good enough for me because it didn't fulfill everything I got from smoking, but there are thousands of people who account to dropping cigarettes on the spot when they pick up one of these. Tons of diferent flavors, too... everything from apple to Camel to Marlboro.Kind of off the thread topic, but for anyone thinking about kicking the habit and not wanting the withdrawal phase, I figured this might help. Fuc.kin brutal.House Fan and sympathizer obvious In my experience, and the experience of my friends, Benzo withdrawal is much worse. Valium/Xanax are worse than Vicodin withdrawal.agree Benzodiazepines and Hypnotics are brutal to withdrawl symptoms and much harder than most drugs to withdraw from as they stay in your liver longer as well as in the muscles a long time. You will feel it in your legs , upper thighs and back area. Spoken from experience on this one. Not just Xanax/Valium you can add Lorazepam (Ativan) , Clonazepam, ( Rivotril), Oxazepam (Serax), and many others.Of course the drugs they use to break or treat most other addictions are the benzo's
