nl preflop play

I am fairly new to this forum and have really enjoyed reading the strategy posts and replies on thie site. I was looking at something WRTO posted a while back about the starting hands he plays from different positions. It seems like this is for LIMIT since that seems to be what he plays most so I wanted to hear some opinions on how people play their starting hands in NL when facing a raise from UTG or very early position. What hands would you reraise with in this situation. For example: Blinds are 25-50. UTG raises it to 200. Average chip stack is 5000 and you have about 7000 and UTg has about 5000. You have AQ suited. Would you reraise with this hand to get a fell, just call or maybe fold. Pretend the player is a solid player with an agressive style that could raise with a number of hands but is not a loose donk. Any opinions would be nice to hear. Sorry about that. i thought I put it in there. You are on the Button. But also, how would you play it if you were the small blind?

AQ sooted is a pain in my ass, I call on the button and fold from the sb, if it was AK I would reraise anywhere.

As I said in the original post. If this has been covered already just point me in the right direction and I will read past posts. I am relatively new here. ANd the AQ was just an example. i was looking for different opinions on what hand people play facing a raise in NL not just AQ.
