Four left in a PS $5 + .5 27 player sng, where did I play this wrong?PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t600 (4 handed) converterHero (t9505)SB (t3674)BB (t13466)UTG (t13855)Preflop: Hero is Button with [Td], [As]. UTG raises to t1800.Flop: (t3750) [Tc], [4h], [5c] (2 players)UTG bets t1800, Hero calls t1800.Turn: (t7350) [6h] (2 players)UTG bets t10205 (All-In), Hero calls t5855 (All-In).River: (t23410) [5h] (2 players, 2 all-in)Final Pot: t23410He showed KK and took me out.Should I have decided to not mess with the chip leader and not have called his UTG raise with ATos on the button? Should I not have called the flop bet or the turn all-in? (His flop bet seemed like an attempt to take down the pot if he had KQ, AQ, etc, and his turn all-in just made it seem more so.)Thanks.
critique this play please

I didn't like one step!I don't know the player but if he's reasonable you should have folded pre-flop

Fold preflopRaise this flop, you've hit your best possible card (make it about 4K), you can still fold if he reraises you allin
Last night I stayed up late playing poker with Tarot cards. I got a full house and four people died.

Terrible. No way do you call that with ATo IMHO. There are only 4 left and I'm sure the difference in money between 3rd and 4th was substantial, why risk the whole tourney on TPTK? Especially TT? As a rule don't mess with the chip leader unless you have a very strong hand, pick off the low guy trying to double up as his hands will be weaker.I wouldn't call preflop, and definately not the all-in. You want to be the bettor, not the caller here.

I think the call preflop is fine. You're four handed for Christ's sake. A10 is a strong enough hand to take a flop. You can't nut peddle when you're four handed in a tourney.Where u went wrong, You didn't raise the flop and allow yourself to get away from this pot if you were beat.re Raise the flop fold to a reraise.

there's a 900 preflop pot, so I'm raising UTG with A9, kq, kj and almost any pair. Why take a chance with the hand? Because you have position and have a pretty strong hand short handed. If the short stack is just sitting around, he's not going away for awhile either.
