I'd actually go out on a limb and say that it's not "new posters" that are getting flamed. It's usually more accomplished "career" bad posters.

concur.

and cappy I'm having difficulty deciding if your member title is a beat or a brag.
Hank's tenure at Soulsuckers, INC, LLC, DBA TBD, had not been long, but it had been distinguished... By drunkenness, hair-trigger violence, and a total lack of performance. I would call it a steady decline in performance, but that would imply that he performed at one point in time. In fact he had not. He was drunk.

People that feel the need to make a new thread with their first post to announce their arrival to the forum deserve everything they get.

Do what I did, read the forum for a bit, finally make an account, and work your way into a thread. Continue from there. Saying hi and attention whoring is for people that don't actually have anything to say. (sadly, that sentence didn't start as a direct shot at Chrozzo, but after a re-read, it fits. Sorry)

Well, I just officially fell back into it.. so I had to change my member title again lol. Hell it's one of the most fun jobs on the planet and with the economy as bad as it is, I'm just happy I'm no longer trying to find that "real job" in the middle of it. I prefer to think of Scram and Balloon Guy as the two dudes on each of my shoulders... They are both equally genius, yin to the other's yang, and I'm wiling to bet both are actually Republican. It's like Jordan and Dr. J... It's hard to compare the two, but you know greatness when you see it. And it would be beyond awesome if both were the same joke account wink.gif

This is not a secret. BG is a huge boisterous republican and Scram is a Conservative Libertarian who votes Republican before Democrat most of the time. Scram wouldn't claim to be a republican, however, I don't think... but he would be the first to tell you that democrats are retarded.
