I don't think most of the time he will be flatting flop repot with K4 or K2. He can have AdKdxx or something. I play it the same. Except i may fold preflop cus if he spews postflop then you don't need to try to hit a hand with marginal hands. A bit patience is more profitable against these kind of guys.

looks pretty standard to me other than the loose call pf oopmaybe bet even less on the turn to solicit a marginal call, but if they will call pot i guess it doesn't matter
