Assume no reads....thoughts on this line? On the flop/turn I figured him for probably the same draw as me on the straight, but who knows - a boat is possible too. River bet seems like either a defensive bet or he thinks you have worse than the flush and won't call larger. I think you need a read that he's weak to raise here. I don't see a problem with the safe call.

I would have repopped the flop. If he has the set you are playing for stacks right there or if he just flats I plan on open pushing on the turn. I am guessing we are a 2/1 dog against a set?? If he has the same draw as you and misses the turn you can get value on the flop 3bet, turn push. As played I don't mind the turn and river line and certainly would not raise the river.

is raising the turn not an option here? really small, like just over a minraise. i think this would be a great way to just get out now if you should, be able to valuetown the hell out of him on the river sometimes, and also get draws that will win in showdown but bluff river to fold.

I don't think this is a profitable play.I assume you are flatting flop to keep the pot small and see if board pairs on turn so you can get away cheap which is a good play imo. Well the board pairs and you still call. On turn although we have a great draw , we are drawing dead most of the time. You call a bet OOP to draw to a potentially dead hand. Half of the time , you will miss and the other half of the time , you will pay off a FH here.With a read , i may call this turn in position. Without any reads and OOP , i highly doubt turn call is profitable on the long run. After calling turn , you are never folding to this river bet. I don't see much value in a raise either.

Here comes a classic: Raise preflop.4-handed this is a solid holding and I think you should be trying to build the pot.As played I just get the money in on the flop. 3bet it and be happy getting it in. In position you could flat here and look to play poker on later streets, but OOP you should be making the pots bigger and decreasing the positional disadvantage. Especially given that you are at worst something like 43%, you could be near 60% against some hands, and you have some fold equity over hands like a naked 78xx.Also, as a minor point, by flat calling with this draw you are identifying your flop shoving range as being pretty much 77, 88, and nothing else. It's not too important at 100pl, but I think it's worth bearing in mind.
