In a span of less than 3 minutes, I flop a set 2 times and lose to a runner runner both times. This is the type of things that makes me question the intergrity of online poker.

fwiw, I don't like calling off that much of your stack with 99. Easy fold, imo.

All the money was in pre flop on those, you lost a 70/30 and a flip. Would you be as mad if they flopped it instead of getting runner runner, because it's essentially the same thing if all the money is in pre flop.
