Fold. I think you have to be beaten by a hand like KJ or a set. Your opponents would have to be out of their minds to be raising so much with just one pair.

Agreed. Your opponents would have to be extremely maniacal to continue here. I have been in games like this ( live, mostly) that I would jam on the turn, but you have to have a specific reason to stay in this hand. All the action is telling you that one pair is beat. and for the love of Christ, raise on the flop. The pot's too big not to try and raise people out.

Glad to hear that I correctly folded in what eventually became a $24 pot. I think at .5/1 collusion is unlikely, but if you seem them together again, report them. The river action doesn't really seem consistent with collusion. Becareful in assuming that they both were maniacs, btw. What could have been the case is one is a maniac, and the other is reacting to the maniacal behavior, trying to get the pot heads up with the maniac. I know I've done "crazy" raises, that I'm sure my opponents thought were utterly insane, that I did in order to isolate the pot with a maniac.Another thing.. the way you played your hand on the flop, made it okay for them to take it away from you. You played your hand in such a passive way, that it makes you look like you have an under pair or some sort of A high gut shot or something. If you had played your hand strong on the flop, there's a chance the turn action would not have gone the way it did, and you wouldn't have been forced out of the pot. In short, don't play passively.

Yeah I think people just suck. I saw a ton of this sort of stuff when I played at those levels. It makes me want to drop down and make easy monies.

Yeah, but is mac right about the flop play? What does everyone else think, if the OP takes control of the hand on the flop, maybe they don't go nutso trying to push him out.

Oh, definitely. I am shoveling money into the pot on this flop and it plays a lot more straightforward when you do it that way.

I absolutely agree that if I raise instead of call on the flop one of them probably goes away and I win the pot.

Believe me, that was my first thought as well as I watched the $24 pot being shipped across the table. I watched them the rest of the time and didn't see anything that made me think they were colluding. One of them ended down $86 in like an HOUR and the other was down around $9 sitting over and hour and a half I think.
