Top 2 On A Drawy Board Vs Loose Villain

Villain is pretty awful. Limp/calls a lot. Has shown down several bluffs in odd scenarios. BvB where he leads a raggy board then shows A-hi when the other player folds. Also has shown down less than stellar hands; J3s, K6o etc. He has also called 3 streets with middle to bottom pair. So let him call. Bet the turn. Don't be afraid of raises that haven't happened yet.

I agree with above except that I don't want to get it all in on the turn. A player who limps/calls a lot isn't raising without the goods. OP: Why would you think he'd bluff? Why turn a strong hand into a bluff catcher? His main weakness is calling; he sounds like the prototypical calling station. Exploit that.
