Warrick sucks on defense.
You know what I find interesting?I have no memory of Warrick in the NBA. I can't recall ever watching him play. But when you guys started talking about how he's bad at defense, I was shocked. If you asked me to describe Warrick (having never seen him play in the NBA) I think I would've defaulted to a Tayshaun Prince type. That's probably based on two things:One - body type. Two - Posted ImageIt's a very basketball-famous play and I just automatically carry that bias with me.But...isn't there some theory about Syracuse players taking a while to develop defensively because they play zone exclusively in college? Obviously he has the athleticism, maybe he just needs more time playing man.
Homer: Moe, I need your advice.
Moe: Yeah?
Homer: See, I got this friend named... Joey Jo Jo... Junior... Shabadoo.
Moe: That's the worst name I ever heard.

http://www.chicagotr...0,5243853.storyLAS VEGAS Keep in mind that Derrick Rose is not the boastful type. Now fear for NBA defenses."It's there; I have a consistent 3-point shot now," Rose said Wednesday night. "You'll see. I just have so much confidence in my jump shot now. It's coming along so good. It's past even my expectations at this point."I'm giddy at the thought of this being even partially true.

I did not realize there were teams in the NBA other than the Heat and the Lakers.Ok, bad comedy time is over. If this is true (and I will believe it when I see it), that would rocket him up into Deron Williams territory.

Bulls have their starting two guard as NBA sources say they agree to $12.5 million three-year deal with Ronnie BrewerI think it was the best they could do at this point. I'm content.

I've always felt his jump-shot was inconsistent due to his low release. I'm glad to see that aspect of his shot looks more consistent.
