You see this a lot, but this looks standard. I think it's a relatively marginal spot but I think you're actually ahead here a bit. Such a small turn bet from villain there. Anyway, IPITS.Also, have auto-reload on, you shouldn't ever have less than a full stack on the table.

Autoreload has given me bad experiences so I reload manually. Just didn't have the time to do so. Is my thinking wrong in thinking villain had a K and had to protect it after that turn put out a gazillion draws out there?

Well, if we're giving him enough credit to think like that, we'd have to wonder why he only bet half the pot. If we are drawing we're getting a pretty nice price to do so. I think it's likely that he does have a K but isn't really thinking about draws in this case

Donk bets are interesting because they're not very well explored/defined in general.I mean we can all generally figure out what a LP open raise means, what a 3-bet from the BB vs an LP opener means, what a flop c-bet means, etc. But donk bets on the flop or turn mean different things comming from different villains. In other words it would help a lot to have seen him donk the turn before and know what he held (or at least what the board was).All told though I don't think it's a big mistake to fold 2nd pair to a turn donk. I'd be inclined to believe him until he gave me reason to think otherwise.

i think this is rarely AA / KK... but then again, people get wierd in 25NL... there's no reason for him to get tricky <100 BBz deep (relatively since hero is <100BBz) oop w/ a big pair, and if he does he's completely retarded for taking this line post flop w/ it imo. or he just doesn't give a **** about being out drawn. i mean, i know i'm personally squeezing him w/ hands like 78s in this spot @ least 30% of the time. just because you reraise doesn't mean you have AA KK QQ AKs (i guess down here it does, but w/e)he could have NFD but maybe he could also have KJish.. people really playing AK this slow now a days, idk. maybe a year ago and even then.tbch i probably check this flop (both for value and for pot control) w/ intention of callin 90% of turn donks that are like always coming and hoping it checks through the river... if he fires the river again i'll reevaluate based on board texture & bet sizing

Just remember that betting OTF is similar to a bluff. Not exactly but close. In 3-bet pots you'll rarely proceed unless he's ahead of QQ. The best you can hope for is someone who won't fold JJ/TT with only one overcard showing.
