Piddle Duck 0
I rarely, if ever, play cash games, I spend more time in MTT's. Charge more if you're ahead. Any hand that can improve on the turn will call your bet.Turn, bet heavier again, and I might just shove and get my money in then, with outs if I'm behind.River as played is close. I think its a check/call. I think its more likely he has spades and he'll likely check behind, but we hate to get raised.

So the question is moot. And that's my advice: bet the double-drawy flop harder and shove the turn. As played, there may be very very thin value in a river bet of $2 or so. Fold to a river shove. Obv.
NoBBiR 0
You have a weird looking straight sir.Honestly, you bet sizing sucks. Do you like not getting value out of big hands? Were you trying to induce a raise on the flop? It's more reasonable that way, but the turn is bad. You're only making him make a small mistake by chasing a naked flush draw when he's likely to have hands like two pair/TP/Combo draw/etc. Make people make bigger mistakes and bet more money! He also has like 50bbs, so pot the flop and turn and then you can shove this river.
Piddle Duck 0
My bad, meant flopped set but I was thinking about the possible str8 he had on the river. That is what I get for doing 3 things at once. I know my first bet was weak. I wasn't paying attention to pot size. If I was I probably would have bet $1.75. Turn obv bad as well, no excuse there. I did bet the river for $2.50.
TrueAce13 18
Bet more on the flop (something like 1.50-2.00). Bet more on Turn. He's not calling our bets with a naked Q, so he might have a combo draw that just hit. We have to defensive bet here, don't we? Something like 2.75/3.00? Sens-Eh 0
As everyone else has already mentioned. Bet more - More preflop (Make it $1.25) More flop (say 75% of the pot or so), More turn (I'd hit it at another 75% of the pot - or all in)....A big difference between tourny and cash games, is you have to bet more all along. In a tourny you can generally have smaller bets because of course the chips are more precious, so you will get folds from people not wanting to lose their chips even sometimes when you are giving them the odds to chase their draws. In a cash game you can always rebuy, so that factor is not there - you have to make sure your bets have more sting to them.
pokerinc 0
how are you guys getting it all in on the turn? lol. even with betting the flop stronger there's no way you've swollen the pot enough to put him to the Ultimate Decision..As played check calls good w/ me. But yeah, those small bets are rough. Ultimate drawy board, protect your hand.
ship 0
bet more on every streetconsidering you're OOP & his pf limp is weak and retarded, make it 1.25 - 1.5 & probably 3/4 or full pot the flop... considering he has no money on the table i shove the turn regardless of pot size if called on the flop... as played, if you're going to bet the river, you've bet small on every street so far, why not just continue to do so & 2.5-3 it. i dont like the fact that you made it to this spot, but mtt & cash = two completely different worlds so i understand making the shift you can't do everything perfectly. AimHigher 0
For argument's sake, let's say we have $17.65 behind on the river and the pot is $20.25. How would you guys play it?

How would you guys play it?Still think a block bet needs to be made. 8-10 should be good. I still think villain is showing up here with a naked Q, but I can see something with QsXs here though, so we get a raise, we can get away from our hand.
