If you haven't read DN's chapter in SS2 then that is a must. There is also the "triple the gold" videos on deuces cracked. Dont know of much else out there.

ss2 is a decent starting point, but it won't get you to anywhere above 2/4 on a good day on stars.
there aren't really any good things to read on the game that i've found out there. the links provided generally advise a style that's far too tight to really play profitably against good players, and they'll just stop giving you any action when you actually play a hand.
as a general rule, you can play all sorts of shit in position, but should be about as tight as they advise from oop. a bit of wiggle room on both there, but it's probably better advice than you'd read in any book out there that's been written (at least that i'm aware of) yet.
