We better make a decision ASAP as rooms are starting to go fast because it's a hoilday weekendMy thoughts are if a bunch want to share a room for the weekend the best idea is the Embassy Suites Presidential 3 room suite which will sleep 9, and it has tables to play poker on it. For the weekend it will cost approx 1500 split it 8 ways is cheapIt is a 5-7 minute walk away. otherwise bestwerstern or Hoilday Inn but no room to play poker there, except hoilday Inn will allow us there dining room after it closes. We may be able to get a small private room at the casino or near the ME area but then that means paying rakeI am open to suggestions, I know there are people who replied earlier in my other thread and did not do the poll so we are up to approx 20-people maybe 25 scattered during the weekend. It's getting close where I need to get people together to start making some final decisions. on what to do there are some flying in did they book hotels rooms somewhere?Tehtoe and Fargo x2?NNB?RSHawk?Zimmer4141?King1305?ff7bigfan?RoyalTourdreamcasterZach the weekend?Calix2Raise HaTB17EX_MattCheckmyfold dailyTroyo Fri and Sat ?plus other daily area peopleCan we set a game for Friday and Saturday and MondayThe casino is asking for a better count so please try to pin point a little better and respond to the poll in the other thread and here as well, much appreciated and thanks Rose Link to post Share on other sites

rcgs59 15 Posted September 18, 2008 Author Share Posted September 18, 2008 Hey it's the casino that is pressuring me for numbers, as they need to arrange tables for us and the WPTLook, I am trying to set it up so we have our own tables without having to wait in line for a table in the poker room and be scattered at different tables. But it is obvious no one appreciates the effort or the time I am taking to set it up, as the casino is more focused on the Wpt and it's sat's events.
