I was wondering that if someone sent money in to lets say poker stars via credit card, could they track that card to the card holder and find out the person's credit history or how old they are or stuff like that? If so, would they?

Is this all you're wondering, what does "stuff like that" mean?if you plan to deposit money using a credit card that doesnt belong to you, I HIGHLY suggest NO.I had a problem on a site once during a cash out request. They said i couldnt get the money unless i sent them photo's or scans of my license and the credit card.

I'm pretty positive that a site like Pstars can get any info they want about you. once you check "ok" on the agreements, and shit, not that ive ever read the agreement but i'm sure it says they can request your first born child at any point

Going to jail?? that will never happen.the only thing said friend needs to be careful of is doing this without his parents knowing, then his parents finding out and freaking on him. or not being able to get his funds back during the withdrawl time for some reason or another

When you say "underage" do you mean 21 or 18? If you're under 18 it's more likely this is actually your parents' card and you are an authorized user on the account. It's not uncommon for parents to get their children a card that the parents themselves don't charge on or utilize. IIRC credit card companies won't issue to someone under 18 for contractual and collection reasons.

Short answer: NoLong answer: NoooooooooooooPS does not care anything about you other than if the money is good. However... I woudn't suggest that you ever mention on a table about being under 18 because they will close your account for that. Also... any winnings cashed out come from the holdings bank and does not say POKER STARS or Internet Gambling on it anywhere.Good luck !
