I wouldn't oppose a turn three bet. He could be firing with AJd, AK, or even QJ. If's he got AQ, AA, or KK, that sucks.Best alternative to your play is probably a bet/fold on the river.

I'd probably play it the same way you did.

wow. his flop check is very suspicious. That usually means a monster, or he's being a putz with overcards. I'd be tempted to cr the turn, but his raise says that you're beat. I think folding to the raise might be too tight, gbut his ag factor says that you are up against a wall here. I don't think calling it down is bad here, but folding TP2K might not be bad either. I'd be more open to calling down w/AQ rather then KQ

Given his stats he is pretty limited to what he is going to be 3-betting pre-flop.His flop check is decieving.Villian has AA KK or QQ.
i saw him at the riverbank. he was breaking bread and giving thanks. with crosses made of pipes and planks. leaned up against the nitrous tanks.
he said take a hit. hold your breath and i'll dunk your head. then when you wake up, you'll be high as hell and born again.

The more I think about it, it's probably AA or KK.Otherwise his check on the flop sucks.

How the hell did I miss that?Clearly I'm smoking some quality substances to not see that. ;)Regardless, my point stands: Warning bells should be going off in your head when he 3-bets preflop and checks the flop. Yeah, he COULD have missed with AQ or AK, but given his stats, I doubt he 3-bets AQ and maybe not even AK; a pocket pair (Likely huge, but conceivably as low as eights or so if he's aware of the isolation concept) is more likely in this instance.

Post flop checks after three betting pre flop I always proceed with extreme caustion.. I proably would have check called when the queen hit. If I have a real good read on him, I proably fold to his raise, otherwise pay off.
